Founded in 1997 by Marine Corps veteran Matt Merrifield, Lakeside Renovation & Design has grown from a small home improvement company into one of the most trusted remodelers in the St. Louis area. Along the way, we've introduced James Hardie® fiber cement siding to the region, become the exclusive distributor of Infinity® from Marvin windows, and expanded into full-service interior and exterior remodeling.
At our core, we are a family business built on character, hard work, and doing what’s right. Led by Matt and Co-Owner Dan Merrifield, alongside a dedicated team that includes Matt’s daughter, we foster a family-first culture that carries through to every customer.
